STORAGE TIPS:
We recommend storing Ferrero Premium chocolates in a cool, dry place at a temperature of 65° – 72° F. Ferrero does not advise keeping the product in cold storage, however, if it is necessary to store the product in a fridge, due to an unfavorable climate, it is important to put it into an airtight container to protect it.
It is advisable to avoid exposing the product to humidity exceeding 60%.
We deliver across the UAE from our atelier. Time slots are confirmed via WhatsApp after you message us. Free delivery may apply on qualifying orders—see the site promo bar for the current threshold. Same-day delivery is offered when you order before 2pm, subject to stem availability and route capacity; large events and installs need advance booking.
We design with the best stems available each morning. If a variety is unavailable, we substitute with equal or higher value while preserving your chosen palette and mood. For weddings and corporate work we confirm substitutions in advance. Minor natural variation from photography is normal for fresh flowers.
